Installer or launch problems
If the app does not open after installation, confirm you downloaded the right public build for your platform. On macOS, a first-launch security prompt can also block the app until you allow it in system settings.
Blank or incomplete pages
If a specific site loads badly, check whether the same page works in a normal browser first. Then review that app entry’s permissions and consider clearing its isolated browsing data.
Sync, updates, or billing confusion
Those areas depend on the linked account and the current device state. If something looks unavailable, confirm the device is linked and that the relevant settings page reports the expected account status.
