App catalog

The catalog page on the site shows desktop app pages for many services that already work well inside weballoon. It is useful for discovery and for sharing installable app links.

Inside the desktop app you can still create custom entries from any URL. The Auto action tries to fetch the favicon so the app card looks ready immediately.

weballoon uses an API-backed catalog as the source of truth. The landing pages and app entries are built around that shared catalog data so descriptions, categories, and icons stay consistent.
